Ornish Smoothies
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 – 6 Servings – 8oz. Or 51/2 oz
- 1 Cup Fat Free Flavored or Fruited Yogurt
- 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen (without sugar) Berries
- 1 Cup Vanilla Soy Milk or Skim Milk
- 1 Cup of Ice
DIRECTIONS:

In a blender combine all ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately. Mint sprig, maraschino cherry, and/or a piece of the fruit
Are a wonderful garnish.
